OMG! Kangana Ranaut Works On ‘Emergency’ Despite Suffering From Dengue, Her Team Praises Her ‘Inspiration’; Actor Says ‘Body Gets Ill Not The Spirit’

Kangana Ranaut is known for her dedication to her work no matter what the situation. Ranaut has a strong will and zeal to achieve what she wants. She is currently working on the film ‘Emergency’ despite suffering from dengue. Her team shared the news with fans through social media.

Kangana Ranaut was diagnosed with dengue on Monday, but this is not stopping her from going to shoot and working on her film ‘Emergency’. The official Instagram handle of her production house ‘Manikarnika Films’ shared the story informing her fans. The message read, “When you are down with dengue, alarmingly low white blood cell count and high fever and yet you land at work, it’s not passion it’s madness…our chief @kanganaranaut is such an inspiration.” Another post from the same account read, “More power to the Queen @kanganaranaut”, they further shared another story, “Get well soon maam @kanganaranaut.”

Soon the ‘Gangster’ actress showed her gratitude to her team and responded, “Thank you team @manikarnikafilms body gets ill not the spirit…thanks for the kind words.”

Meanwhile, ‘Emergency’ is based on the sensitive socio-political situation emergency of our country imposed between 1975-1977. She will be playing our former Prime Minster Mrs. Indira Gandhi, the Iron Lady of India. The 35-year-old actress is not only acting in the film but also directing and producing the same. Earlier, she co-directed, Manikarnika The Queen of Jhansi. The ‘Fashion’ actress has collaborated with the Oscar-winning makeup artist David Malinowski for transforming herself into Indira Gandhi.

Interestingly, the teaser and her look have impressed Ekta Kapoor, Divya Dutta, Sunil Lahri, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Ram Gopal Varma to name a few.

On the work front, Kangana also has Tejas, Tanu Weds Manu Returns 3 and Manikarnika 2 in pipeline. She is also producing Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer Tiku Weds Sheru, which will release on Amazon Prime.
