Aryan Khan moves court to release his passport : Bollywood News

A while back Aryan Khan made headlines after he was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on charges of being involved in a drug case. However, the star kid was later given a clean chit by the court in connection with the case. Now, Aryan moved court on Thursday, requesting the return of his passport which had been seized during the proceedings of the case.

For the uninitiated, Aryan Khan was accused of being involved in a drug trafficking case after the NCB conducted a raid on a cruise which included some high profile names on the guest list. Post his arrest and imprisonment, his passport was seized as per the bail conditions, under which he was released after 20 days of incarceration. However, in a charge sheet filed in May, the name of the star kid was not included. Later, Aryan and five other accused were given a clean chit by the NCB due to insufficient evidence.

As per PTI reports, following his acquittal, Aryan Khan filed an application on Thursday with the help of his lawyers from the Desai Desai Carrimjee and Mulla firm, requesting the return his passport. Responding to Khan’s request, the court has ordered NCB to file a reply before the next hearing which is expected to be held on July 13.
