Shekhar Suman shares Raju Srivastava’s health update; reveals ‘Good news..Raju moved his fingers and shoulders’

Shekhar Suman, who is one of the close friends of Raju Srivastava and has known him for years, recently took to his Twitter account to update fans about the senior comedian’s health. Shekhar has been sharing information about Raju’s health from the past two days and has also urged them to pray for Raju’s speedy recovery. The latest information that Shekhar Suman has shared on his Twitter account for everyone will give some sigh of relief to all the Raju Srivastava fans. The India’s Laughter Champion judge has shared that Raju is showing slight improvement and has moved his fingers and shoulders.

Shekhar took to his Twitter account and wrote, “Good news ..Raju moved his fingers and shoulders..things looking slightly positive according to the doctors.your prayers are working.Keep praying🙏🙏🙏.”

Raju Srivastava’s family issued a statement last night (August 12) urging people not to believe fake news and rumours about his health. They also mentioned in the post that his condition is stable and urged them to pray for the popular comedian.

Here is the note: Dear all, Raju Srivastava ji’s condition is stable. We are praying for his speedy recovery. The doctors are treating him and are doing their best. Thanks to all the well wishers for their continued love and support. Please ignore any rumour/fake news being circulated. Please pray for him. – Raju Srivastava’s family.”

The 58-year-old was admitted to the hospital on August 10 after suffering a cardiac arrest. Reportedly, he was running on the treadmill when he complained about chest pain. He underwent an angioplasty the same day.

Raju and Shekhar Suman have worked together on the Great Indian Laughter Challenge, Comedy Circus where the latter was a judge. They recently met once again on India’s Laughter Champion.
