MySize Inc inks deal with luxury British fashion brand Temperley London to license MySizeID

MySize Inc has announced a deal with British luxury fashion brand Temperley London to license its MySizeID apparel sizing solution.

MySizeID will help Temperley London customers generate highly accurate measurements of their bodies in order to select the optimal size through an app on their mobile devices, the company said. The process syncs the customer’s measurement data to the brand’s sizing chart and then only displays items that match their measurements.

Renowned British fashion designer Alice Temperley’s eponymous brand is available at luxury department stores worldwide, including its flagship store in Somerset and locations in Chelsea, Fitzrovia, Marbella and Dubai.

“By implementing MySizeID, we are helping our customers optimize fit and reduce the potential for returns, resulting in associated financial and environmental benefits,” said Alice Temperley, who also serves as creative director of Temperley London.

Major global brands that have implemented MySizeID have seen a reduction in returns between 44% and 50%, an increase in order size of 20% and a 3x transaction value among MySizeID users, the company previously announced.

“Appropriate sizing for online fashion purchases is a critical component of any brand’s user experience, and this is especially so for a luxury brand,” CEO Ronen Luzon said. “We are very pleased to partner with Temperley London to support their customers in finding the right fit and to become a part of this unparalleled brand’s environmental sustainability movement.”
