As video games continue to get bigger, the sandboxes and massive open worlds grow alongside it with the 2022 Saints Row reboot being no different.
Exploring the large area of Santo Ileso is something you’re going to have to do as you complete the game’s main story. While driving and flying can be fun, however, sometimes you want to fast travel to get somewhere faster.
The game does a pretty bad job at explaining the fast travel system, however so we’re here to do it for you. Here’s how to Fast Travel in Saints Row.

How to Fast Travel in Saints Row
The first thing you’re going to need to do in Saints Row to unlock fast travel is well…travel.
Exploring the vast Sandbox of Santo Ileso is inevitable, with fast travel not being accessible for the first few hours of the game as you’re introduced to all the various mechanics.
Once it does unlock, you will be able to travel to major locations and unlock new places using your in-game smartphone.
Look at your map for Fast Travel photo locations and then head to the location via your waypoint. Once you arrive, get out of your vehicle and pull out your camera on your phone.
You should see a red outline to show where to take the picture so simply line it up correctly, take the picture and that location is now permanently unlocked for you to use whenever you want.
Fast travel is also completely free in the Saints Row reboot, meaning that as soon as it’s unlocked you can use it as much as you want to be sure to hit up as many as you can to cut out any travel that you don’t want to make later int he game.
Fast Travel is disabled in missions, however, so you’ll need to get to your destination the slow way when completing the story.
