The journey from Ajmer to the grand kitchen of Master Chef Season 3 was not so easy and that is what makes it so satisfying because it shows how much you have achieved. His hard work, talent, and will to follow his Singing passion made him reach the heights of popularity and stardom.

How it all started for Happy


The glow and sparkle in Happy’s eyes say it all, that he is so proud and open about his birthplace, heritage, and background. He talks about his family, his early life, and mainly the Thela restaurant that made his way for Master Chef Season 3.


End of the long Struggle and entering the New Era


What would have happened to Happy if he didn’t audition for Master Chef? Would we have got the first singing chef of our country? After the huge success of Master Chef Season 3, Happy hosted several TV and youtube cooking shows. Rasoi se, Indian Tadka, and Homeshop 18 are some of the most loved and admired.


After moving to Madhya Pradesh, the Heart of India, in 2013, he inaugurated his first restaurant Masala Nation in Indore and then never looked back. At present Happy Singh is the owner of 50+ food chain restaurants in the country. Looking at him, you will wonder how a man with true potential and talent ruled the hearts of thousands.


Happy somehow knew he wanted something else in life. In an effort to fulfill his childhood dreams, he decided to polish his singing skills. It is rightly said that talent can no longer be hidden.

Happy says he followed Chef Vikas Khanna’s mantra in his life, Impossible is just an opinion…..nothing else.


Happy Singh’s singing career came to rise with his debut song Amritsar Da Paani. In an interview, Happy said that his song is very close to his heart. This song is a tribute to Gurunanak Dev ji on his 552nd birth anniversary. He devoted this song to Padma Shri Jitender Singh Shunty for his great service to humankind during the pandemic.


In the life of Happy Singh, this was another achievement that he never looked back from. He gave back-to-back youtube hits like Bulleshah, Lip Gloss, Black Gaddi, and Aigiri Nandini. Coca, Maahi ghar aaya, Ladki kamal hai, Chand varga, and Hasna ya rona will be his new launches this year.


 Happy Singh’s Walk to Stardom

In an interview, a reporter asked Happy, what is that one dish close to your heart and your restaurant’s specialty? Happy replied that Chole Bhature and Chole Kulche brought him fame and pride.


From being just an ordinary Thela restaurant owner to being the owner of 50+ food chain restaurants and from Master Chef season 3 finalist to a youtube starrer currently being one of the most talented and versatile chefs and singers of the nation, Happy Singh’s story is quite an inspirational rags-to-riches tale.
