Mirzapur: The Movie Crosses ₹132 Crore Worldwide in Three Days
Mirzapur: The Movie has made a powerful start at the box office, crossing the ₹130 crore mark worldwide within its first three days. The Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal and Ravi Kishan starrer earned around ₹132.35 crore globally, making it one of the biggest opening weekends for a Hindi film in 2026.
The film was released in theatres on September 4, 2026, bringing the popular Mirzapur franchise from streaming to the big screen. The strong opening reflects the franchise’s large fan base and the excitement around seeing its familiar characters in cinemas.
In India, the film had collected about ₹93.75 crore gross by the end of Sunday, according to reports. It recorded its strongest day on Sunday, when its India gross reached around ₹36 crore.
The movie features Pankaj Tripathi as Kaleen Bhaiya, alongside Ali Fazal, Divyenndu, Ravi Kishan and other returning cast members. Directed by Gurmmeet Singh, the film continues the crime-action world that made the original series a major streaming success.
